We are a traditional artisan smokehouse nestled in the Byron Bay hinterland.

 

We specialise in hot smoking a range of local wild-caught fish species that are seasonally available, sustainable sourced and full of Omega 3 goodness.

We create unique and award-winning gourmet products.

Smoked Fish Rillettes

This very popular dairy-free spread is our signature product, made with wild smoked fish and raw macadamia cream.

Warning – can be highly addictive!

Smoked Fish Fillets

We hot smoke a range of local wild fish species including: Sea Mullet, Tailor, Big Eye Trevally, various Mackerels and Eel.

(Available at farmers markets only, subject to seasonal availability)
