Smoked Fish Rillettes

This wildly popular and highly addictive spread is a unique blend of our hot smoked sea mullet with raw macadamia cream, topped with extra virgin olive oil. It is delicious served chilled on toast or crackers, next to some eggs, with potatoes of any kind, a side of salad, as a poke bowl topping, the list goes on.

 

Among its numerous accolades, it has won for 3 years running the top Gold medal in the ‘Dip’ category at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show (2018 & 2019 & 2021).

 

Former TV Chef Pete Evans has called it “one of the best flavours ever”, Shannon Bennett (Head Chef at Vue du Monde) says “it’s something I search for every week” at the local farmers markets, and author and TV chef Christine Mansfield showcases it at her food events on the Tweed coast. 

Ingredients

Hot smoked sea mullet, raw macadamias, filtered water, lemon juice, garlic, shallots, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil.
